Transparent LAN Services / Multiprotocol Label Switching - Are services which connect multiple sites via a high speed private line with speeds up to 1 gigabit. LANs are extended over a dedicated loop into the local Uniserve PS data center. There the Central Office based switches provide connectivity to circuits from other locations or gain access to a shared backbone for transport to other local data centers if needed.
